Administrative Coordinator

Description

Our client in Piscataway is looking for a Administrative/Sales coordinator to join their team! This is a permanent position with a profitable company that is growing. They are looking for long term employees that want to find a "home" and grow with them.

Responsibilities

Create/maintain filing system and process credit card payments
Perform other assignments as necessary to support function/department objectives
Coordinate equipment deliveries, field installs, and prepare shipping Paperwork, Invoices and Credit Memos
Request credit approval, lease docs and funding for equipment transactions
Track and maintain New Sales Opportunities in CRM (Sales Leads)
Prepare Salesmen Commissions
Track New Equipment orders (Trucks, Attachments, Batteries, Chargers, etc) in all systems, from order placement to delivery
Administer the warranty installation process with mobile app
Assist Sales Rep in the field as needed
Coordinate off lease inspections, pickups, and lease billing terminations
Process Contact Management Requests to communicate with the Corporate Office/Factory
Assist with System Orders (Catalog, Dock and Racking needs)
Backup to telephone operator and sales loop (Incoming sales Calls)
Hours are 8:30am-5pm Mon-Fri.
The perfect candidate must be a self-motivated problem-solver, able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task
Excellent Verbal, Written & Administrative Skills
Must be experienced with computer applications, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint (Access & CRM a plus)
Ability to organize & prioritize in a busy environment
Attention to Detail, Professionalism, Teamwork Mentality
Must be Customer Service Minded
An Associate’s degree, Bachelor’s degree or business school experience is preferred.
