Process Tech

Work in Lab/Clean room and follow all company safety protocols and guidelines

  • operating Aixtron G4 reactor
  • Handle fragile semiconductor wafers daily
  • Follow work orders accordingly
  • Coordinate and strategized with Technicians and Reactor’s Engineer during multiple shifts to meet quarterly and monthly metrics on time
  • Monitor production runs making sure things ran smoothly and collected data
  • Frequent data entry
  • Chemically etched substrates and product before processing growth structures
  • Fill out all production paperwork for proper documentation of all steps
  • Handle and mix chemicals to make etching solutions when needed
  • Recalculate epitaxy growth recipe flows


• Photoresist spin coating and photolithography 

• Wet chemical etching 

• Metal deposition and lift-off procedures 

• Dielectric deposition 

• Measurements using various metrology tools

 • Will need to handle fragile wafers 





• 1 to 2+ years of processing experience in the semiconductor or related field. 

• Experience working with chemicals eg acids, solvents, photoresists and developers.

 • Basic computer skills. Knowledge of SPC for process control and optimization.
