You will be responsible to perform site surveys. Configure new and existing clients for hosted PBX, PRI, SIP trunks and hosted contact center solutions in the Intermedia Portal; and configure and test Polycom, Yealink IP phones, ATA’s, other SIP endpoints, The candidate must customer orientated, and be proficient with utilizing our ticketing system and be able to track their time on all projects and service calls.
