Lance joined Premier Personnel Group full-time in 2019 after spending more than 25 years building and operating a successful remodeling business in Hunterdon County. Throughout his career, he has believed that lasting success comes from putting people first. By earning his clients’ trust, delivering on his commitments, and providing exceptional service, he built a business that grew primarily through referrals and long-term relationships.

Before beginning his business career, Lance was a collegiate baseball pitcher, playing at Davis & Elkins College in West Virginia before completing his career at Kean University. The discipline, perseverance, and teamwork he developed through athletics continue to influence his professional approach, helping him stay focused on achieving the best possible outcomes for his clients and candidates.
