Kathy joined Premier Personnel Group in May of 2005 after working for The Home Depot in their corporate headquarters for over 11 years.

She is dedicated to serving our clients and finding creative ways to ensure hiring success. Helping people find new career paths and allowing them to grow professionally brings Kathy a sense of fulfillment, and in turn, knowing that these efforts contribute to the prosperity of our client’s organizations fills her with a sense of accomplishment.

Kathy holds her bachelor’s degree from The University of Colorado at Boulder. When not working she enjoys taking trips to Vermont, snowboarding, hiking, and spending time with her husband and their two adorable but rambunctious Goldendoodles, Gidget and Huckleberry.

Aimee has been recruiting with us since January 2018. She came to us with many years of Management and Account Management experience.

My name is Melany and I joined Premier Personnel Group in March of 2017. Coming from 0 experience in the staffing industry, I was given a chance to learn something completely new.

Lance is new to the staffing business and became a full-time member of Premier Personnel in 2019. Before joining Premier he spent 25 years running his own remodeling business in Hunterdon County. He always put his customers first which led to many referring him to friends and family. He takes the same approach to his role as a recruiter to make sure he always makes his clients happy.

Lance played division 3 baseball starting out at Davis and Elkins in West Virginia and finishing up his college pitching days at Kean College. He is the type of person who can’t sit still and always needs a project or activity to work on whether it be woodworking, gardening, or snowshoeing in Vermont with his wife and two dogs Huck and Gidget.

Arielle made her entry into the staffing industry in 2018 and has enjoyed connecting with clients and candidates of different backgrounds.

She works hard to truly understand your needs to find both client and candidate the best possible fit. In her free time, Arielle enjoys trying new restaurants with friends and family, trying her hand at the latest DIY trend, and exploring the hiking trails around New Jersey.

Justin is a proud resident of Somerset, New Jersey where he was born and raised.

Drawn to environments where helping people are a top priority, he joined the Premier Personnel Family as a recruiter in July 2022. He is a caring charismatic individual that has a passion for helping others and as a PPG recruiter. He is able to pursue his passion and assist other individuals in their careers.

When he’s not working, he enjoys traveling, camping, playing soccer, and spending quality time with the family. Justin strives in examining very closely every applicant’s resume as this allows him to secure the best possible position for a candidate so that way longevity can become a standard when it comes to hiring. He also has a beautiful cat that always waits for him at the door after a hard day’s work.
