Automotive Inside Sales/Counterman
Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales / Counterperson to join our growing automotive parts team. This role is ideal for someone with automotive parts knowledge who enjoys helping customers and working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assist repair shops and installer customers with automotive parts orders
  • Provide excellent customer service over the phone and at the counter
  • Identify and source the correct automotive parts
  • Navigate computer systems to process orders and manage customer accounts
  • Build strong relationships with customers through professional communication and support
  • Pay: $20/hour
  • Temp-to-Perm opportunity
  • Climate-controlled office environment
  • Flexible scheduling available

Hours of Operation

  • Monday – Friday: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Saturday: 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM (every other Saturday required)
  • Closed Sundays
Qualifications
  • Automotive parts knowledge required
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Comfortable using computers and order entry systems
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
  • Reliable, organized, and team-oriented
