·         Daily monitoring of all building systems and cleanroom support

·         equipment, including HVAC, waste treatment, in-house DI

·         various temp, fire alarm system, etc.

·         Daily data logging of various systems.

·         Provide ongoing preventive maintenance on designated equipment.

·         Respond to any issues related to the building and cleanroom support

·         equipment.

·         Work with outside vendors.

·         Prepare reports as necessary.

·         Knowledge of HVAC systems and controls.

·         Strong electro-mechanical capability
