Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Manager to oversee reporting, data analysis, system integrations, and data management initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL Server experience, a solid understanding of warehouse operations, and the ability to manage projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain SQL Server reports and dashboards to support business operations and decision-making.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, improve processes, and provide actionable business insights.
  • Maintain and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and reporting solutions.
  • Support and manage data integrations between internal and external systems using ODBC and other integration methods.
  • Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot Microsoft Access databases and applications.
  • Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of organizational data across multiple systems.
  • Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to understand business processes and develop reporting solutions.
  • Support warehouse-related data management, inventory reporting, and operational analytics.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into technical reporting and data solutions.
  • Lead and manage data-related projects from planning through implementation, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder communication.
  • Document reporting processes, database structures, and integration workflows.
  • Troubleshoot data issues and provide technical support for reporting and database-related requests.
  • Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
  • Maintain data security and follow organizational standards for data governance and compliance.
Qualifications
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including report development and query optimization.
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Access database development and maintenance.
  • Knowledge of ODBC connectivity and data integration concepts.
  • Understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management processes.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
