A commercial/residential Fence manufacturer located in Middlesex County is looking for someone out of a construction related field who has prior estimating and sales experience.
Responsibilities
Conduct on-site consultations with homeowners
Educate said homeowners on fence styles, materials, and design options
Measure properties and prepare accurate proposals and pricing
Follow up on leads
Coordinate with the installation team to ensure smooth installation
Coordinate with accounting to collect deposits and final payments
Maintain CRM notes and sales activity tracking
Proactively build relationships with home builders, landscape & pool companies to generate leads and referrals
Qualifications
Microsoft Office experience
CRM experience
Prior estimating experience
Previous residential and construction related sales experience
Construction experience
Good customer service, and professional attitude
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
