Description

A material handling and industrial equipment is seeking an experienced customer service-driven communicator for the position of Dispatcher. We provide new and used forklift trucks, parts, fleet services, and rentals as well as products and services for facility & warehouse operations improvement, industrial lighting, product storage solutions, and OSHA safety training.

Responsibilities

Dispatch the most qualified service technician to the nearest call in the area.

Monitor workflow to achieve maximum productivity by prioritizing service calls
Resolve customer issues/problems

Qualifications

Experience in dispatching Service Technicians

Strong communication, organizational & time management skills
Strong problem-solving skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and self-motivated with the ability to work as part of the service team.
We are technology driven requiring computer literacy.
